Installed doors; replaced bath vanity with new plumbing; installed crown molding, wainscot, ceiling fan, dog door in wall, outdoor security lights, 200 foot x 6 foot cedar fence, chain link fence,; built backyard paver patio with 10x10 pergola in concrete; repaired sprinkler issues; electrical repairs; mounted outdoor flag poles; removed old wrought iron railing on porch. For a long while he had a key to my home so he could work around the hours of his full time job and not need me to wait. Sam never failed to complete any task asked of him. I felt his quality of work was of the highest standard. His demeanor always respectful, mannerly and with enthusiasm. Sam did work for both of my sonsâ property and a cousin to include electrical and plumbing work.
