"I called Carroll Mechanical for an estimate on a new high efficiency heat pump system. I met with a member of their team that clearly explained everything and helped to design a solution that worked for my family at a fair price. The install team arrived on time, they were very polished, and did a technically excellent job. The system is working really well and the whole family is comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for more - I’ll be using Carroll Mechanical as my go to HVAC contractor from here on out."

"At least 5 other companies said that they could not handle the job because our air handler was in the attic and the opening for our stairs was too small to take out the old handler and put in the new one. Air Master Heating's expert, Ken, laughed out loud about that. He said that it would be no problem. He did calculations and we solved the problem with a high efficiency unit. Ken was the estimator and led the installation team. Everyone on the team was hardworking and respectful. They installed the system, cleaned up well and were a pleasure to have in our home. The system is working great and has been very energy efficient. I would recommend this company without hesitation!"
