At that time this gentleman said that the parts on my shower were old design and parts for it were no longer available and or really hard to find. He wanted to cut into the wall behind the shower to replace various parts etc!! We passed on this as it seemed excessive! Since then we have been using a series of MacGyverâ d approaches to address the problem which were no longer working! When I sent Victor a picture of the parts that were stripped and needing to be replaced he immediately recognized the brand and parts and said he actually had those units on his truck!! No cutting into walls were needed!! Victor showed up on time, when scheduled!! He completed the work in less than an hour!! Everything works perfectly since then!!
