He did a great job explaining what was involved in the job and he kept me informed throughout about the progress of the job and some of the challenges involved. He works hard. In the end, I was pleased by the repairs. He is also a kind and courteous person. He went above and beyond by blowing leaves out of my garage and deck. "It was a great experience hiring Nick and his helper Edward who were on time , extremely courteous, and professional. In this day and age it was a pleasure to hire someone who is straight forward, honest, and kept his word. Nick did an outstanding job explaining the details of what work was needed to be performed and why during his initial visit to quote the job and took me on the roof to show me why. During the repair of the roof he took time to show me exactly what was being done and why and most importantly where the water damage was coming from as he initially thought when he quoted the job.
