  Comment: We had a leaky toilet and the floor is punky. The plumbing venting for this 1950s bathroom needs to be addressed as it is not to current code. The flooring, vent stack (cast iron), vent fan and layout needs a redo. The size of the room is approx. 8' x 10'. Some reconfiguring of the room may be required. The tub surround will be replaced maybe with ceramic tile. The flooring will be sheet vinyl. A new vanity will be needed. The tub / shower will remain in place. Sheetrock will need to be taken down. Wall insulation installed. Electrical and plumbing work is required.
