"I called Knockout Plumbing in the evening and they returned my call first thing the following morning. They sent a technician out and he was here at 9 am. Very friendly and customer service was excellent! This company knows their stuff. We needed a whole new hot water heater and they replaced it at a low cost and very prompt. "Robert was courteous, professional and friendly. We hired him to replace our thermostat. And he went above and beyond! He touched up the paint and sanded the wall by the thermostat. Changed our air filter and cleaned the cover. He was very clean and cleaned up beautifully after the job. We will recommend him to our friends and definitely use him again."
