"They were very prompt and professional and fixed the problem. While putting the housing back together, one of those tiny housing clips was knocked out of place and no matter how hard we looked we could not find it. I was assured they would get a replacement clip and return to install it. Everything was already in working order even without that clip. Most other service providers would have promised to return to fix it, only to disappear and never come back. They not only returned with a replacement clip and installed it, days before they texted me to ensure they hadnâ t forgotten and were only waiting for the part. I was impressed with the way they conducted business."
