"Last spring, my insurance company required that I re-roof my home or they would cancel my coverage. When I purchased my home, it had thick wooden shake shingles. I replaced them about 25 years ago with tiles. As it happened, that was one year before a major forest fire destroyed many homes in my neighborhood. The Fire Marshall told me that if I hadnâ t done that, I would have lost my home. Ten years ago, I added on to my home and the men, who did that work, did a lot of walking on the roof of original house. About five years ago, I added solar on that new section and they had to put a new roof on that piece. Once again, men were walking all over my other roof. As a result, many of the tiles became broken, hence my need to re-roof the old section. When I started searching for a company to replace the roof, I was inundated with companies contacting me for that purpose. Thatâ s when I encountered Courtesy Roofing The company sent David, who came to the house, used a ladder to access the roof, inspected every possible part, not just the broken tiles, but the tar paper beneath, the supporting structure, etc. from ever possible angle. He took the time to show me what products were available, how they were sold, and all of the details. His thoroughness was far better than any others. Thatâ s why I chose this company. Then, men under the supervision of a field manager, came out, carefully parked trucks and other equipment, always notified me in advance when they would arrive, etc. The roofers did an excellent job. As as result, I hired this company to put a new roof on rental property I own, and I recommended this company to friends, family, and associates. When I had a few questions or concerns, they were handled promptly and to my full satisfaction"
