"Jeromes extensive experience with business TI projects made him the perfect choice for our needs. Hiring him was one of the best decisions we could have made. His exceptional skill, combined with his genuine kindness and honesty, truly set him apart. Culver City presents its fair share of challenges, particularly with the citys responsiveness, but Jerome and his team went above and beyond. They consistently communicated with the city on our behalf, advocating tirelessly to expedite the permit process and relieve so much of the stress on our end. Jerome dedication and professionalism are unmatched, and his commitment to his clients is evident in every step of the process. If you are looking for an architect with top-tier expertise who truly cares about his clients success, look no further. Jerome is simply the best!"

"We had a difficult case that COVID made even more difficult to evaluate. After speaking with Eran, I was ready to grasp what I can do next. I would highly recommend calling ESL Designs for a virtual consult. Do not wait until COVID is over. Your home is everything. Do not risk permanent damage if you believe something is wrong. Discuss it with trained specialists who know what they are talking about."

"I had the best experience working with him. My old architect left the project in the middle due to family issues and Nathan saved my project and gave me peace of mind. I contacted him on Friday and he showed up at our store right away and spent I half hr explaining about the project. He quoted a very reasonable price much much less than my precious architect and also when I requested him to complete the project by Monday morning he delivered it as promised as opposed to my old architect who took hours and hours of meetings , multiple trips to city and health department, always finding reasons to find problems rather than find answers. Nathan made the whole process so simple, professional and pleasurable. Our plan is approved. I am extremely happy working with Nathan and would hire him again for my projects and recommend him to others."
