Didn’t unclog when running the snake, likely because it got diverted into the wrong direction but successfully unclogged it with the camera as they could see where the water was going. Extremely professional staff and handling. $93 for the service was excellent value for over two hours of work done by experts in their field with expensive equipment. Very clean job! Now I know where that part of my piping runs! The estimate for fixing the potential issue in our drainage layout was a bit high, so we will first see if it happens again."
