My decision to select New Image Elite was based, in part, on the competitive pricing (considerably lower than the two other contractors) and the thorough and informative presentation given by Project Manager, Charlie Taylor. During the interim period, while I evaluated each contractor, Mr. Taylor was readily available to answer my numerous questions and to patiently address my concerns.
