"Dave is one of the most conscientious workers I have ever had the pleasure to hire. He is punctual, polite and very caring about the person he is working for. He came to my house to do a job and was very professional. He really cares about the work he does and will go the extra mile to complete the work and make sure it is just like you wanted it. I will use him again as often as needed. He is an asset to Home Advisor and does outstanding work. Thank you Dave!!"

"AMAZING - EXCELLENT - EXPERIENCE Wish I could give the whole story here but there are too many details. I live on the West Coast, my son being over there in Ormond with a newly purchased "FIXER UPPER". When I made a phone call to Mr. O Perea I immediately felt comfortable. On this Friday morning we talked about my sons somewhat urgent need for secure storage at the property "Fixer Upper". That Friday evening Mr. Perea & my son surveyed the structure's on the property. As I had suspected none of the structure's were worth putting our money into. Mr. O & I talked again the next day "Saturday" to come up with a new plan. Because of the urgency "O" got started the very next Monday. What started out as storage needs turned into an amazing 10ft. x 20ft. structure. My son now had secure storage & a place to retreat to for the "Fixer Upper" project. Through the 10x20 build "O" had a rain day & Christmas Day as of which he put in some work. Also worth noting he removed an old structure that was 8ft. x 12ft. The build took 5 days and was with-in the same budget I was willing to spend on one of the run down structures. THEN AFTER ALL THIS "O" went home cooked his family Christmas Dinner & had my son stop by for a plate of food as well. My son being new to the town of Ormond had no friends or Family in the area. One thing for sure he has a friend now "Mr. O Perea" is the REAL DEAL. SOME PEOPLE SPEND AN ENTIRE LIFETIME WONDERING IF THEY HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE IN THIS WORLD. Mr. O Perea you need not wonder anymore For ever grateful your friend on the West Coast"

"Todd was recommended by a painter who had done extensive indoor painting for us years ago. Todd came to look over the job which required some drywall repair and texture paint preparation. We received his estimate the next day and hired him immediately. He was agreeable to working around the schedules of electricians as well as the wall unit builder. He is personable, shows up when he says he will, and does great work."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
