"The man who came out to make a bid was very thorough - was much more thorough than three previous bids. He checked the condition of the furnace & fan and said it was in excellent condition. (one earlier bidder had told me I needed a new furnace and checked nothing). They emphasize quality installation. He checked the air flow through each vent, explained everything very well and said his company wasn't the cheapest around because they put so much emphasis on quality installation and getting everything right so I expected a higher bid. Instead he underbid all the others although I did not tell him what the other bids were. Then after the installation he came back and did a thorough inspection of everything. They have a 10 year guarantee on parts."
