"Hi, I would like to let your staff know that my wife and I are extremely pleased with our new tub and shower renovation. Mark and Tim kept us informed all the way through the retrofit process. As for Mark and Tim's professionalism, they were second to none! Very respectful, extremely friendly and courteous. There work was first rate and they left the job clean and spotless. They even laid throw rugs down so that they would not damage the flouring through the house. As for the demolition process, Mark and Tim removed and disposed of all renovation debris â they did not leave it on the side of our yard for the garbage pickup, WOW! They came well prepared and had all of the materials necessary to complete the renovation quickly.
