We want a company that can get them done within 3-6 months. We anticipate to start this project as soon as we get a permit or sometime in April 2024. After this project is finished. We have another 5 acre lot that we would like to build apartment units. We figure we start with this one first to see our total costs and the lever of customer service we will receive from a hired construction company.
