She gave a very thorough presentation of products and procedures, an estimated time line for service and all the answers that I would have received from "Chuck in the truck". By-the-book and right the first time is the attitude she presented with customer service their highest priority. She was very honest and forthright. She went into my attic and took pictures of the problems so I could see for myself. She also pointed out issues that were not done correctly during home construction and said those would also be resolved.
