Starting with his initial visit he was thorough and paid attention to details. He got up on the roof to determine the slant, the amount of damage the pooling water had caused to the roof and the wood. Other gutter companies didn't even bring a ladder let alone get on my roof or address the damaged wood that needed to be replaced before new gutters are installed. I highly recommend using Jose.
