Boris got on the phone with the Adjuster and did all the talking for me while all I had to do was confirm some basic address information. Boris and his entire crew were professional, punctual, and cleaned up after their work every day they were at the house. Boris and his team called me every couple of days to provide updates and conduct measurements. They were polite, and always asked if I was going to be home when they wanted to stop by.
