"The team showed up when promised, worked hard and constantly in very hot and humid weather. They were congenial and outgoing guys who joked and laughed while they worked. My house was loaded in less time than I thought, and the team unloaded to the rooms we requested. They even moved a couple of things that were already at the house. "Let's all agree moving is stressful! I made the decision to move from CT to SC and did a lot of research ( you have to ), you learn a lot of lingo like "broker" and "carrier" getting thrown around with not a lot of explanation and lot of empty promises and lies. Well Agility saved the day for us, in less than a week we were about to go with another company and discovered they were crooks! Dodged a bullet. From my initial conversations with John to the follow up communications with Denise, everything was professionally done. They did not harass but gave us a good price and sense of relief. They didn't use an 18 wheeler so there was no need for a carrier shuttle on this end , which most companies don't explain. The boys ( Sam, Phil and Kirby ) came in a 26ft truck and drove it straight down. My furniture was here in 2 days. The lads were hard working, wrapped everything immaculately and were so courteous and kind . Nothing felt rushed and the same when they unpacked in SC. Hard working guys and a great loyal and honest company!! Couldn't recommend them more!!!"
