He responded very quickly the same day. I took several pictures of the Electric Panel Box and Hot Water Tank that needed to be removed. He provided an Estimate for me to sign online on Tuesday, Dec 31, which included the purchase of a Tank-Less Water System that I wanted. He ordered the Tank-Less Water Heater, and when it came in he contacted me to do the Installation The job was begun on Monday, Dec 9, and only because my Electric Box took a different Breaker which he had to order, the job was completed Dec 10. "We, like hundreds of others, took heavy damage to the entire AC system including the duct work from hurricane Ian. The unit outfitted had been completely submerged during the storm surge. Out of three Companies that came to inspect the system and give a quote, Alan, the owner, was the only one to open the unit up outside and run test and inspect internal components. He thought the unit could be saved, and did so! Working under these mobile homes is dirty and hot! Alan knew what had to be done and climbed underneath to replace all the insulated ductwork.
