"After reading the Angie’s reviews I decided to reach out to Roma’s remodeling. They were extremely responsible calling back the same day. Within 24 hours they came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Within the week they painted the exterior of my home and I was extremely satisfied. Though I wanted some changes to be made and they were extremely accommodating. Once they were finished I live the end result! In addition to that Romario was fun and engaging. I would highly recommend Roma’s remodeling for their attention to detail, and their dedication to making their costumer happy!"

"The owner over saw all work. Because he knows the value of one's home/ house to the owner. They made sure they did the job as if it was their own home. I could not believe my eyes as things were progressing. I cried at varies times because the project was coming along so good.. Every detail was meant and every question or concern was answered. I have never been so proud of my home as I am now... It came out better then I ever expected or even imagined.. â ¤"

Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
