Andrei showede pictures of the problem, gave me a fair estimate, explained what he would do and did that in addition to sealing nails even in the neighbors side of the house."

The price was great for the work done and better, he was able to come out the same week to do the job. I have an old house and there's always something unexpected when work is done, this being no exception. Thankfully, it was a small issue, but it was taken care of.
