"My experience with 8:18 was unique. They came out to my home (on time) performed a site assessment and sent me an estimate all is the timeline they said they would.. My husband and I thought â to good to be trueâ . We called there office and verified they were a legit company. They answered all our questions and reviewed our estimate with us. We felt comfortable moving forward after this so we gave the initial deposit. There team arrived on schedule and took all precautions to work clean and safe as they transitioned around the house with the different sections of wall and ceiling they removed and replaced. They covered our floors with a heavy duty cardboard and divided the rooms with plastic. This was not the construction experience we expected. From start to finish they exceeded our expectations."

"I can’t say enough good things about Jare12! I hired him after hurricane Milton tore part of my carport off. I evacuated to SC and wouldn’t be back in Florida for a few weeks so I contacted him and he showed up the same day and did the job of cleaning up my lot and carport hanging metal. I asked him if he could do some before and after pictures/video he was very accommodating. I told my neighbor about him and he hired him and Jare12 went over and did his place the same day. I would definitely hire him again and have to say you won’t be disappointed if you hire him. Good job and didn’t gouge me with the price at a time when it was hard to find someone so quickly after a Hurricane."

"Excellent job.Was in a jam and needed a major room improvement done quickly.They work hard and fast and check and recheck for quality.I have never hired anybody for this type of work before. They kept me informed on every step of the job right to its completion.I would rehire again and will for future work. In final this company does not use excuses wile theyâ re are doing there job they just do it right.They are genuine to the word and the big thing is there owner of the company is a military veteran.They are to be trusted."
