Ed came to my house on one of the crappiest days possible, the tail end of Hurricane Florence was passing through and it was raining and miserable out. Ed walked my property evaluating the lay of the land, then we discussed what service would best fit my needs. On October 18, 2018 the "Basement and Crawlspace Crew" arrived. The crew arrived on time and ready to work. Victor (Team Leader) and Luis G (Technician) were Polite, Professional, Courteous, Patient, Thorough and Efficient. Victor and Luis worked, without stopping, from start to finish (approx. nine hours). Ed Mitchell stated the job could be done in one day, Victor and Luis proved HOW that was possible. {FYI - United Structural quoted me 7 - 10 days to do the job and Reed's Spray Foam Insulation quoted 10 - 14 days at DOUBLE the cost} Victor and Luis left my home as clean as they found it.
