I had sent him pics of the issue and the faucet so he had already picked up some parts he thought he would need. He even showed me the receipt of what he paid for the part that he needed to swap. I am a hands on guy so I was able to learn couple of things from David. I would certainly recommend him. Remember to always provide as much info to someone who is trying to help you. These days you can use your mobile phones to send pics, etc. so take advantage of that to minimize trip charge, etc. Forewarning David probably saved him a second trip and me some $. All in all I would certainly call David for my plumbing needs! Good luck."
