John also alerted us to a situation that, if left uncorrected, will be a costly repair. At no point did he pressure us or try to take advantage of the situation. We believe John was simply providing us with good service and at a reasonable cost. We also noticed John interacted with his employee, in a respectful manner. It was obvious to us that John was mentoring his employee and imparting his knowledge in a manner that reflected his pride in his chosen profession.
