"I hired Sandless Finish to clean and refinish my floors. The floors were basically in good shape, but had become filmy and discolored because of inappropriate cleaning products; they also were showing some scratches, stains, and uneven coloration. Adam recommended a sandless cleaning and two coats of water based finish. I had been hesitant about the sandless cleaning because the reviews from clients who had used other companies were mixed, and in some cases reviewers said the floors looked worse than they had been before. However, I was totally pleased with the work Adam did. The sandless cleaning was really 'sandless'--and did not generate any dust or film. The entire process was accomplished extremely efficiently in one day with minimal disruption to my daily routine. There was a period of about three hours when the water based finish was drying that I was unable to walk on the floor and could not stay in the apartment. Adam and his crew moved the furniture that needed to be moved and replaced it after the floors were dry. I am absolutely delighted with the way they look and can recommend Sandless Finish with complete confidence"
