"Let me start by saying that John and Richard have been phenomenal! Weâ ve now used On Tap for three different jobs. One was installing a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Another was install a new bathroom sink and faucet. The latest was a bathtub that was draining super slow. It was flogged beyond anything and part of the pipe had actually cracked. So that was a partial pipe replacement and a full on drain replacement. Every time Iâ ve had John or Richard come out, theyâ ve always been on time (or given me a call to let me know theyâ re delayed). Theyâ ve always been very professional and courteous.
