"Chris called and came early for our appointment. He walked me through all of the issues with the work and gave me options(by phone as I was at work) . The work was done in an extremely professional and clean manner. Chris went out of his way to level out the bottom of my sink cabinet for no extra charge. The following morning we noticed a drip that turned out Not to be from Rapid's work. My wife called, Chris was there in an hour and replaced a faucet connector which was completely unrelated to the work he performed the previous day. Chris did not Charge for that repair. I could not recommend Chris or Rapid Plumbing any Higher. Responsible, Professional, Quality Workmanship and Fair pricing. As a homeowner, that is all that I could ever ask for from a tradesman. Thanks, Chris."

"I had an emergency backup in my main sewer trap. I called MSN and they came quick. The young man who came was very professional, knowledgeable, worked very organized, and got the job done. However, what I liked the most was that he cleaned everything up once he was done. He saved the day! I am highly satisfied with the job and service. I will continue to use this company for any plumbing issues I have. Highly recommend."

"I must say that 5 stars isn’t enough for this company. Aside from him being reliable and honest, he went above and beyond his job description. My bathtub and toilet was clogged for awhile and literally was thinking of having the bathroom demolished (no joke) however we came across home advisor and was given his number. From the get go he was friendly and when he showed up he started working immediately and boy did he work hard, pumping out gallons of filth and unclogging the main line. Once done he must have stayed an hour cleaning up everything and leaving the bathroom smelling fresh and clean. He was absolutely awesome!!!! Thank you so so much"
