"Val was quick to get the job done. He is hard working and doesnâ t sugar coat anything. He Kept his words which none of the other contractors that worked for me did! He saved us money with materials to the best of his abilities by re-using the same materials and gave us advice on the cost effective materials. Just a suggestion for the people who hire him that if you are in a rush to get something done then Adjust the work schedule and let him work. He knows his work and wants to get the job done as quick as possible as he is very busy. So if he has an opening in his book then donâ t wait. Because he told me he will finish in 3 days and thatâ s exactly what it took him. On the last day he worked with another person from 8 am to 10 pm just to keep his word and his schedule. Also pay him some cash since he has to pay his workers."

"We needed tile work done in an occupied apartment bathroom on short notice and Lidia and Alex responded promptly and professionally. They were very friendly and showed up on-time to perform the work. They did quality work and cleaned up the area after themselves. They are both clearly knowledgeable as they identified a minor problem that could have turned into a major headache that they took care of for us. The job was completed in less time than anticipated. We re very happy with the work done and would work with them again."
