"It was around thanksgiving and Rob came over quick. I thought we only had an issue with one radiator but it turned out none of them were working properly. He got all of them working right except the cold one I called him about. But he wouldnâ t give up and eventually was able to fix that too! He is quite knowledgeable and when he is stumped at first, I could see the wheels spinning in his head as he meticulously thought things out. We have an old, weird system. He welcomed the challenge and stayed to completion. AND Iâ m sure saved me a lot of money from other big name companies. Lastly, Iâ m a paralyzed Iraq vet also with a brain injury. Rob was very respectful and patient with me. I very highly recommend him!"
