"We hired Ardian/Home Line Construction after meeting with 3 companies (we actually had a 4th estimate scheduled, but they never showed up for the appt.) to repair our front sidewalk. We ended up totally replacing it, as well as the walkway along the side of our house, where it meets the foundation. Once the front sidewalk was excavated, we realized that we needed to re-build the retaining wall for the front garden bed, because the wood wall was rotted at the bottom and the dirt was pushing it over. Ardian is a hard worker and has a lot of pride in his work. He also cares a lot about the customer being happy with the end-result! As our project continued to evolve, he was fair and flexible to work with. So, we added a new stone-faced retaining wall with a bluestone cap to our project, which led to us re-facing the front of our house with stucco and stone, as well as repairing/re-facing the front steps and the mailbox post, with matching stone and bluestone caps. It looks like a whole new house! My friends and family, as well as passing neighbors, are amazed by the transformation... talk about curb appeal! The attention to detail made such a big difference! "Angelo, of Joseph and Sons, is a consummate professional and his knowledge of various projects is endless. His crew was polite, friendly and clean. We originally started with replacing an old railroad tie wall with natural rocks and a concrete shed pad. We ended up with a large patio, a leveled back yard, an upgrades to various garden beds. He also finished the wall with river stone to reduce future cost and upkeep. The pricing was more then fair. Angelo was great with add on projects, giving me Options and his opinion. He never tried to sell a project and was not pushy. He was very responsive to all our needs. I would highly recommend Joseph and Sons. In fact, we will use him again in the future for other jobs including a kitchen remodel."

"I contacted Josh at C3 for a quote to prepare and build a flat, level, 18' by 14' base on a slope framed with 3 levels of 6 x 6 timbers to retain 3 individual layers of premium quality aggregate for superior drainage and soil stability. His design was to insure the driest base environment to install a shed that will last far longer than other contractors I spoke with. I couldn't have been happier with my choice of C3. He and his crew were very professional and detailed in the work performed. Always on time and mindful of the surrounding work area and exceptionally detailed in their final cleanup of the site. "Top Rank actually cared to do the best job. We went from just replacing the steps to new roof, new siding, replacing lighting fixtures and doors and building a portico over the front entrance. John pointed out possible issues which were resolved quickly. Nick, who came by for the initial meeting had me at "I'm not a salesman, I will be here working on your steps." If you've ever done a remodel or construction before you know there will always be something uncovered, like rotted wood on your roof, chimney needs fixing...but with John's help all were solved. The clean up was fantastic. With all the nails used on all 6 sides of the house and roof, I found one nail in the yard. (We have a dog, so yes, I looked hard) I also believe the pricing was extremely fair. If it rained on Saturday (which it did) they were here on Sunday, really keeping the job on schedule. Obviously I can't say enough good things about them. Hire them, you won't be sorry."
