"We had water in the basement every time it rained. We had his and her wet/dry vacuums. In our late 70's it was just too much. We could not leave our home for any length of time for worry that it would rain. We called Everdry and they came out immediately to check our basement. It required quite a lot of work but they were very careful while in our home. We do not have an outside access to the basement so it was necessary for them to climb steps for every part of the installation. They were very careful to keep the pathway clear and clean. We also have shrubs around the exterior of our home which they were careful not to damage. We have had no moisture in the basement since the work was completed. The peace of mind was worth the money we paid to have the problem eliminated. We highly recommend Everdry!"

"A few years ago, we purchased a home that had been partially flipped. Over the first several months that we lived in the home, we found that the previous owners had intentionally attempted to cover up many water issues in the basement and crawlspace. Over a three year period, we continued to find and uncover the many issues that the "flippers" attempted to hide. We initially reached out to Indiana Crawlspace Repair based on their Google reviews. Over the three year period, Larry, the owner came to our house a number of occasions to look at the issues as we found them. Larry was fantastic to work with. He's very down to earth and we never got the feeling that he was trying to just sell his services to us. He was sympathetic to the situation we were in and provided us help that was far beyond what we could have asked for. I don't imagine that there are many people/companies out there that would help us the way Larry did. Finally, after three years we decided to have our basement and crawlspace repaired once and for all. Larry's crew did a fantastic job on both parts. His guys were great to work with. They were hard-working, courteous and trustworthy. They were especially kind to one of our sons (10 yrs. old) because he loves all things construction and wanted to observe the work while it was in progress. For the first time since purchasing our home, we have a dry basement & crawlspace. We've never been able to utilize these areas like we had intended due to the constant water issue. We are very happy with the end result and would absolutely recommend Indiana Crawlspace Repair. We are beyond grateful for Larry and the people he employs."

"We had a 25 year old deck 14X16 I final had to give in and have it replace with a New Patio...Silvers Concrete was priced fairly...They used a drone to get overhead of my backyard which helped my see the new patio in place before the old deck was removed...Very helpful...Silvers removed the old deck and replaced it with a new 20X20 Patio with curved front and two wedding cake steps...What a bunch of hard working guys on the crew we had...I spent the whole day watching and asking a few questions...Everything was done First Rate...Started At 9AM Finished At 7PM.Day One...Old deck gone and hauled away...New patio and steps framed, poured, and smoothed in to shape...All trash and construction burden gone...Came back the next day spent 2 hours Backfilling and Reinforcing the outside edge of the concrete and then seed the whole area...Best Group of Concrete Guys I've Ever Worked With...I'm not a Pro but over the years I've had concrete work done...around 5 or 6 times... Yes, I recommend Silvers Concrete And Paving..."
