When the city building code enforcement threw us a small snag and we were were unable to make the trip, Sal went for us and sorted things out with the city. After we signed the contract with Sal, we had a medical emergency that necessitated us delaying the project. Sal was both sensitive to our situation and accommodating on our timing. He even drove down to Orange County to physically show us the pool tiles. Sal and SBL do an excellent job, have business integrity, and a truly genuine human touch."
