"I hired Horizon to do a 500 sq ft home addition in 2003. While there are some hiccups, overall I am satisfied with the quality of the work and confident that the structure is sound. Just make sure that you include absolutely everything in the contract as it is much easier to negotiate before you sign. I am particularly pleased with the work of Nestor (painting and molding guy) and Jason (electrician) but disappointed that we can't move the furnace. They gave you a very clear estimate and broke down the payments in many phases which I appreciated. The communication with the project manager Michael was good but you did need to utilize your negotiation skills. I got a lot of compliments from the neighbors passing by my house and it was wonderful to move back to my familiar but better home. I am now waiting for them to add attic access which I didn't realize I needed (but was included in the project). Hopefully, it will be done soon."

"Super happy with our addition to IGS Construction! From start to finish, the process went smoothly. All the city inspections passed easily and quickly and the inspectors liked what they saw which gave us a lot of confidence along the way. The work was done in good time too. This was a very nice surprise for us because both my husband and I had expected it to take much longer and be more complicated. I am sure it was, but somehow they made it seem easy and we had no big issues. This was a build-or-move situation for our family, and so we could not be happier with our decision. After hearing of other peoples experiences with other contractors, I would say the thing that makes a difference about IGS is they have the skill and experience but they also care a great deal and make sure that you are satisfied.
