"Tyler worked with our existing interior door frames and installed new 3 panel doors. Our home is old and things have settled but he was able to get all the new doors to open and close with little or no pressure applied. The doors also stay open when opened and stay closed when closed, he is skilled and it shows in the work he does. Tyler was great to work with he came did measurements listened to what we wanted, gave us some suggestions and then got everything ordered. He was able to work with our schedule and even came back and put in some door stops and coat hooks on the new doors. The east side has a small 4 foot wide and 3-foot-high railing, with 2 steps down to ground level. The east side also butts up against a gazebo (top tier) and a single step to the south (back yard). The south also butts up against a goldfish pond. The west side has a single step to ground level. The west side also butts up against a wooden cabinet that holds pool equipment. The cabinet is roughly 4-feet wide, 3-feet high and 3-feet deep. The cabinet is part of the deck and would need to be replaced as well. There are some nuisances that we’ll want to keep. There are some electric wires that run under the deck (we aren’t asking for any electrical work, just make sure the wiring continues to be stored under the deck). Also, some garden hoses run under the deck (for the pond and other watering needs). A trap door was created to access the faucet and hoses. I can get you pictures and the folks watching our home can get specific measurements when needed.
