He helped us fix our thermostat on a hot day and repair the wall within hours of us breaking it and before the house got warm. He fixed water damage under the kitchen sink and installed a garbage disposal. When my wife hated the disposal I had picked out, he came back the next day to replace it with another one we like much better and even found a great solution by adding an air switch.
