"We decided that our bathroom needed to have the existing tile removed and replaced with something more modern. Sayed provided a detailed quote with a reasonable price for each work component. He showed up on time on the day we agreed. His first action was to tape down protective paper from the entry door, hallway, stairs, to the bathroom. This, in itself, was a refreshing change from other workers (e.g., painters) we have hired in the past. At the start of the project, we agreed that Sayed would provide the materials for a given price. Even so, he made multiple trips to our house to show samples of the wall and floor tiles. He was very patient through the selection/design process making several excellent suggestions that nailed down the final look. The work performed was excellent and, for an agreed price several extras were done including the careful removal (and later reinstallation) of the existing custom-made vanity that had been integrated into the old tiles. Lastly, Sayed and his assistant cleaned up the work area each evening and, jury-rigged the shower several times to allow us to take a shower before he arrived the next day. In short, we highly recommend Sayed for any project that involves tile."
