Ray responded to our inquiry right away and came out to look at the job shortly thereafter. He showed up when he said he would each time. He did a beautiful job at cleaning the slate and redoing the grout, then Sealing it. The floors look new! We would hire Ray again without hesitation, and plan to do so for a couple of other projects."
