"On time, diligent and thorough through out the entire process. I had another company come and help me but it stopped working again after a couple weeks. The 2nd appt I had was with Chimneyz and immediately upon arrival, I realized my search for a fix was over, once they informed me with the actual root of the problem was and how easily they could solve it and for good!! Despite Christmas and New Years they completed the work on Dec 31st as per my request. I was provided with pictures of the request and so far it looks like the repair was successful."
