"I have a craftsman house, with woodwork galore, and we were doing a full paint job. Every room, door, ceiling, fireplace mantel, even the floors to our sunroom were getting painted. And the job was beyond excellent. They really went above and beyond, there were areas on some of the old windows and doors that extra care was needed with sanding and work to make sure we got a very nice finish. Also no window was painted shut (seems trivial but I don't know how often I've seen that in old homes). The communication about what color and what type of sheen and paint type was great. Especially since again this was the entire house, and not to move out, to move in, so we had picked multiple paint colors and combinations.
