"Top Rail Fence is a wonderful company and I am extremely happy that I found them. Their customer service is excellent as is their work. The area for building the fence is on a slope. I wanted a simple cedar picket fence since I know nothing about fencing. The owner arrived with the crew and diagramed what a stairstep fence would look like on a slope. The design was beautiful and worked better for my slope. The fence instead of being plain is now a work of art. Stair stepping the fence down the hill was more work for his crew and took more time. The owner is an honest and ethical person and did not change extra for the more elaborate fence. In fact, he didn't even have to tell me about a better design for a sloped area and made more money. The crew arrived on time and nicely cleaned the job site. You can trust this company. I highly recommend Top Rail based on my personal experience with them."
