On the day of the project, he arrived on time, explained again the work to be done, removed his shoes before entering my clean house, made multiple trips to his truck and my basement, respecting my clean house as did his helpers. The work was completed on time and the work area was left cleaner than he found it. Rick's customer service skills are some of the best I've seen in the industry. We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life. Most of the digging was done entirely by hand and the repair took 3 days less than originally expected which was a nice surprise.They were polite, efficient, willing to work around our schedule, and cleaned up after the work was completed.
