I have worked with lots of plumbers as Construction Administrator for a National Enginering Firm inspecting and signing off their work on large construction projects. Tim has a great working knowledge of his trade and knew all the right questions to ask to determine if the septic tank needed pumped out (which would have required a different contractor) or if our toilet was actually clogged before we made the appointment for him to come out to my family’s home that day. I knew right then we had a conscientious person that would make sure we got our plumbing problem resolved."
