He arrived on time and gave me a short lesson on air quality issues in homes and did a detailed inspection of my whole house. After the inspection we decided to do some testing. Ben reviewed the test results with me. Found some minor issues and he made some recommendations on how to resolve them. Ben was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
