Travis made sure to come do the work himself to keep us on schedule. He worked for 2 days in 100 degree heat, explaining anything we asked about, checking in with us each step of the way. It has been just over a year since the job was completed. Everything continues to work beautifully. The siding Travis added under the smaller window blends very well with the original siding. I would choose to work with Willamette Valley Windows again any day of the week!"

"We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"
