"Chris called and came early for our appointment. He walked me through all of the issues with the work and gave me options(by phone as I was at work) . The work was done in an extremely professional and clean manner. Chris went out of his way to level out the bottom of my sink cabinet for no extra charge. The following morning we noticed a drip that turned out Not to be from Rapid's work. My wife called, Chris was there in an hour and replaced a faucet connector which was completely unrelated to the work he performed the previous day. Chris did not Charge for that repair. I could not recommend Chris or Rapid Plumbing any Higher. Responsible, Professional, Quality Workmanship and Fair pricing. As a homeowner, that is all that I could ever ask for from a tradesman. "Both the gentleman who came out and the customer service back at their officer was great. Jim, the technician who came out, was great to work with. Not pushy, not trying to do upsells, was patient and answered all my questions and concerns. His office followed up through out the whole process, even on a Saturday. It definetely showed that they cared about the quality of the work. As some noted, the price is a bit higher than others, but I rather pay a bit extra and get great customer service and work, then have to deal with issues and problems with "cheaper" options. I will definetely use them again, as well as recommend to anyone who asks."
