"Keith called immediately and arrived promptly. According to what he thought needed to be done he quoted me a price. After working on the clog for a lengthy time it was still clogged and we needed to find the clog in the basement. He carefully covered my work related items with a drop cloth and opened up the pipe. From there he snaked that entire pipe. We discussed that it should work and if eventually if it stops working we now know which pipe must be taken apart. when it was time t pay he asked me if the increase was acceptable which I agreed to. Keith spent approx 3 hrs working on trying to unclog these clogs. He was friendly and professional and reasonable. I would reccommend him and his company!!"

Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm.
