"Hugo actually did a full-blown backyard remodel to support our new pool. This included a new concrete patio with tile, a firepit table, a built-in grill, three fire bowls, stepstone path, channel drains, retaining wall, block divider wall, concrete slabs for the pool equipment and side yard, new vinyl fence and gate to hide all of it, benderboard, mulch, lighting, wall repairs, stucco, paint, etc. It was a very involved, multi-week project. Hugo speaks perfect English AND Spanish, his prices are very fair, and he will keep at it until you're happy, with a can-do attitude. "A slope in our yard made the space hard to use, so we added a retaining wall. Way To Go Builders managed the project and suggested a reinforce concrete footing to support the block wall above it. The crew dug a deep trench, installed rebar, and poured a solid base. Once cured, the wall was built up and capped for a clean look. Drainage was included with weep holes and gravel backfill, which prevents water buildup behind the wall. The wall spans nearly 40 feet, transforming the yard into usable, level space."

I reached out to multiple contractors and got a few assessments and quotes and what was different about Alpha Structural is they are not "selling retrofitting" as some companies do. They have a team to come out to the home, give you all of the information you need about the condition of your home and they give a quote and project scope based on what you NEED and that was what set them apart in their first step. The pricing was very reasonable and I was really happy with the quote. Customer service was great, scheduling happened quickly, and they took the time to ensure that I understood what to expect. The best part - THE TEAM. The guys who showed up did an incredible job the entire process and even though structural work is loud and messy they cleaned the site every day, they worked with me to ensure that accessing the property wouldn't cause a disturbance, and we experienced blips like the heat going out due to the work and water temperature changes they fixed it immediately without any inconvenience. Once the project was done it was like I had a brand new crawl space! I was even offered before and after photos so I could capture the difference the work made.
