Took it upon himself to take it back to the store I bought it from and get a new one. Had both toilets installed in a short amount of time and took the old ones with him to dispose of. "We hired Zack to remedy an error code we had intermittently on our Raypak pool heater. We found him to be very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. We believe the fee we paid was very reasonable, and everything repaired in one visit. We told him we will definitely be calling him come spring for our hot tub issue.
